This policy explains what personal information Summit Executive Transportation ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or book a ride, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number, and the passenger's name and phone if you book for someone else.
• Trip details: pick-up and drop-off addresses, stops, dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight numbers and special requests.
• Payment information: card payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details such as the last four digits, but never your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or phone.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, and cookies needed for the booking form and security to work.

How we use it

• To price, confirm, operate and change your bookings, including tracking your flight.
• To send confirmations, reminders and your chauffeur's details.
• To take payment, issue receipts and invoices, and prevent fraud.
• To answer your questions and improve our service.
• To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the chauffeur assigned to your trip, our payment provider, the services we use to send email and text messages, mapping services used to calculate routes, and our booking platform provider, who processes data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can opt out of any marketing messages at any time.
