How far in advance should I book?
Airport transfers can usually be booked with 4 hours notice. For a specific vehicle, weddings or group trips, 24 to 48 hours is recommended.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Enter your airline and flight number when you book and we adjust your pickup to your actual landing time, early or late, at no extra cost.
Is gratuity included in the price?
A 20% gratuity is shown as its own line before you pay, so the price you see is the price you are charged.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours the full fare applies, because your chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for you.
How much waiting time is included at the airport?
60 minutes from your actual landing time for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international, then waiting time is billed in 15 minute increments.
