Chauffeured transportation uses fuel. At Summit Executive Transportation we think the responsible thing is to be clear about that and to cut the waste we can control, every day, across Atlanta.

Our commitments

Fewer empty miles

We plan pickups and returns together wherever the schedule allows, and route every trip for the shortest sensible journey time rather than the longest fare. Flight tracking means chauffeurs do not sit circling an airport waiting for a delayed arrival.

The right vehicle for the trip

When you book, we show every vehicle that fits your party. For groups we recommend one larger vehicle over several cars, which moves more people per mile.

No unnecessary idling

Our chauffeurs are asked to switch off engines while waiting whenever weather, safety and passenger comfort allow, and to pre-cool or pre-heat vehicles only shortly before pickup.

Well-maintained vehicles

Vehicles are serviced on the manufacturer's schedule, with tyre pressures and alignment checked regularly. A well-maintained vehicle uses less fuel and is safer.

Paperless by default

Quotes, confirmations and receipts are sent electronically. Corporate accounts receive consolidated digital invoices instead of paper statements.

Less single-use waste

Where refreshments are provided we recycle bottles and packaging, and we are happy to skip them for passengers who bring their own.

• Book return journeys together so we can plan routes efficiently.
• Share your flight number so we time your pickup to your actual arrival.
• Travel together: a Sprinter for a team is more efficient than several cars.
